3. How can I share my printing experience?

4. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel via 17TRACK (https://www.17track.net/en). You can also ask us about the status of your package via email.

5. My order has not been shipped yet, what should I do?

What if you receive the following message: "The order is currently being paid for. Complete this payment or cancel it to continue"? In this case, it is better to clear the internet cache + cookies::

Click Tools > Internet Options.

Select the General tab.

Click Delete browsing history.

Under Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Files.

Click Delete Cookies.

6. What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity limit.

7. Will I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive your invoice via email in PDF format. The email address you used when placing your order will be used for this purpose. The exception is orders with a delivery address outside the EU, in which case we must include an invoice with the product.

8. Will I receive an order confirmation?

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email immediately. To do this, please fill in the email address from which you placed your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, it may be in the spam folder of your email account.

9. Can I adjust or cancel my order?

Because it is a customized printing service, the order cannot be canceled and refunds cannot be made after you confirm with customer service that the printed drawings are correct and payment is made.
