Delivery Method
When will my item be shipped?
All our products require printing and post-processing. When quoting, customer service will give a delivery time based on specific circumstances. Your item will be shipped from our production center in China the day after production is completed (an email will be sent to you upon shipment including product photos and shipping order photos).
International packages are shipped by professional international couriers with real-time tracking, usually within 1-2 weeks of purchase (if not earlier). Shipping costs will be quoted when quoted.
If you require a rush order, please contact us at sale@uttamastudio.com with your request before placing your order. We will do our best to make special purchasing and shipping arrangements. We appreciate your business and understand the importance of receiving your items.
How will my 3D print be delivered?
Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address before completing your order. Please note that once a package is dispatched, we no longer have control over it. Once the item is shipped, the customer assumes all responsibility. Any lost, delayed or damaged goods should be sent directly to your local post office and/or local postmaster. How to check express delivery status
You can log in to the 17TRACK website (https://www.17track.net/en) and enter the delivery tracking number using the express tracking number we provide to check the status of your delivery.
